الدحيح | مدن الميثاق.. جريمة حضارية تعود بثوب جديد

في هذه الحلقة من برنامج الدحيح مع أحمد الغندور، نتناول قضية الـ charter cities (مدن الميثاق) التي طرحها الاقتصادي الأمريكي بول رومر لأول مرة عام 2009 عقب الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية 2008. وتوضح الحلقة كيف تعبر هذه الفكرة، التي تهدف لإقامة مدن داخل الدول النامية معزولة عن سلطات الدولة بهدف تنشيط الاقتصاد، عن الاستعمار الكلاسيكي ولكن بمسميات واستراتيجيات مختلفة. كما تشرح الحلقة علاقة الاستعمار بالرأسمالية، لا بوصفه عرضاً جانبياً، ولكن باعتباره ركيزة أساسية لا تنجو الرأسمالية من دونها.
